Since 2010 I have tried to walk most weekday mornings, aiming to cover in excess of 10,000 steps a day. Ascot is one of the venues I use, normally departing at 08.00 (it used to be 07.45!).
I walk the dogs here at least 2 or 3 times a week, always an early start, over the years I have really seen some amazing conditions, These are my favourite pictures over the last couple of years.
